  The one time I said, yes, I am looking for my signature scent (no longer available in store only online), the girl said she wasn't sure. Wasn't sure? Wasn't sure!!!!!! You just jumped on me before I entered the dang BBBW threshold from the mall, and you suddenly aren't sure??? That is a perfect example as to why shoppers like me say no thanks, just browsing. We prefer to avoid the all holly "oh, um, geeze ma'am, I'm not sure". Jeepers Creepers.

  I loved this store. It smells great, and I happen to be addicted to all things moisturizing. However, your brand is not cruelty free, and your formulas are not vegetarian/vegan. That type of practice does not align with my new lifestyle, and is super disheartening, because I really did love this store, and your cute little air fresheners too. All that aside, I do not want to shop at a beauty store that supports animal cruelty. 1 star because companies who use outdated animal testing are the bane to my existence.

  For the actual shopping experience, as soon as you step into this store (or any BBBW for that matter) you are patronized by the worker bees. No I do not want your help. No I do not need to know what sales are on (I already receive automatic emails from BBBW).

  Went in to buy xmas gift for wife. Checked web site before going and they advertised the spray she wanted for 5 dollars get there and they say it is 6.50. I said on the website it says 5 dollars they say that us . I say well that web site is the one you get when you google this location they say sorry. Unacceptable get your website site right if you want to be in canada .

  It's a good place to walk around it and a good mall as well when we go there people always help you out ask if you ok and if you need something always clean and fun for all kids
